Privacy Policy
This explains what information we collect on this website, why, and who else handles it. We keep it short on purpose.
What we collect
- What you send us: your name, mobile phone number, ZIP code, what’s going on with your sewer or water line, how urgent it is, and anything optional you add (email, notes, photos).
- How you found us: the ad or link you clicked (for example campaign tags in the web address).
- Basic visit data: pages viewed and device/browser information, collected through the advertising pixel described below.
How we use it
- To respond to your request. By submitting the form you’re OK with us calling, texting or emailing you about it.
- To understand which ads and pages bring in real requests, and to improve our advertising.
Who else handles it
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram): we use the Meta Pixel to measure ad results and show our ads to people who may be interested. The Pixel uses cookies and similar technology and sends information about your visit to Meta. You can manage ad settings in your Facebook and Instagram accounts and with your browser’s cookie controls.
- Netlify: hosts this website and receives the information you submit through the form on our behalf.
We don’t sell your personal information.
